In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 music and audio apps in Kenya displayed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Boomplay: Music & Live Stream saw a fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting with approximately 73.7K in late September and ending around 41.2K in late December. Weekly revenue ranged from $94 to $195, peaking at the beginning of the quarter. The app's weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at 398.4K and peaking at 435.3K in mid-December.

TuneIn Radio: Music & Sports experienced a downward trend in weekly downloads, beginning with 1.2K and ending with 589. Weekly revenue displayed some peaks, reaching up to $409 in early November. Active users saw a gradual decline from 2.8K at the start to 1.8K at the end of the quarter.
